Special Agent DeCapua is the Assistant Legal Attaché for Cyber Matters in the United States
Embassy in Bern, Switzerland. For the past fifteen years he has investigated ransomware,
money laundering, and cybercrime. In his current role, he is responsible for assisting cyber
investigators — in the United States, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein — to collect evidence of
cybercrime, share intelligence, and manage successful cases against cybercriminal actors.
